Positive: It had the same standard of Mercure hotels in the other cities. Family friendly facilitieswere excellent.
Negative: The reception staff weren’t friendly at all. No smile, no greeting — just a blank stare most of the time that made me feel like I’d done something wrong. I understand that language could be a barrier, but a smile and basic hospitality etiquette shouldn’t be too much to expect. Air condition in the room was horrible, it never cools down, so I had to open the window and sleep. Offcourse, I didn't ask their help, tge reason is just above!!!
Summary: Great facilities with a decent breakfast, with not so friendly staffs
